ABOUT OBSERVGO
ENAP's L'Observatoire de l'administration publique created an integrated communications unit for the purpose of disseminating news from its ongoing monitoring and analysis work. A mainstay of this unit is Observgo, a weekly monitoring newsletter that gathers information and re-disseminates it in the form of references. Observgo is the outcome of a process of systematic monitoring and watch performed by a group of L'Observatoire information specialists under the supervision of the monitoring co-ordinator. The information disseminated via this newsletter is gathered from specialized periodicals and the Websites of the government departments and public bodies of a number of OECD countries, university research centres and international organizations.

The newsletter Observgo is edited by Nicolas Charest, Monitoring Co-ordinator at L'Observatoire de l'administration publique at the École nationale d'administration publique du Québec. Observgo is distributed Wednesdays via email.
